The team at Best Western of Olds was absolutely amazing - so friendly and welcoming! Our team was in for a tournament and they made sure to have plenty of food ready for them each morning. Their pool is under construction but they covered costs for us to go bowling or swimming in town. The rooms were clean. Would definitely go back!! Thanks for the great hospitality!
We spent the weekend Sept 12-15, Erin and her staff were amazing. They ensured our stay before, during and was perfect. The rooms and staff were great. The kitchen staff was lovely and food was fresh and facility was very clean. Thank you.
This is our third stay for kids hockey tournement and I would not stay anywhere else at this point. It comes down to the service here, this is a large chain hotel but is being run like a bed and breakfast because of the staff. They are paying attention, accomodating, and caring about all of their guests. I have travelled the world, stayed in hundreds of different hotels, and have never experienced anything like this in a hotel. 5 stars! They will reimburse you the cost of going to the town pool as well. Thank you staff for what you do!

Very clean and quiet. Breakfast was amazing with fresh eggs cooked to order, bacon and sausage along with many other choices. Najma was like our mother making sure we were well fed. We’ll stay here again.
I would like strongly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Olds and surrounding areas, it is worthy to drive a little bit further to enjoy your stay here. Stayed here with our hockey team. Staff were very friendly to us including our boys! The breakfast was great with healthy choices. Rooms were clean and made up every day. Definitely recommend this hotel.
